The DARE E18 Bass cabinet was originally designed to compliment the Award winning Eclipse loudspeaker pod, but since it has been used alongside many speakers, its high power rating (600 watts) and its compact size make it one of the highest powered horn loaded 18 inch speakers in the world.

The driver integrates an aluminium heat sink that disipitates heat at high temperatures, and minimises power compression, with a rigid Kevlar re-enforced cone material, a double spider system and a huge magnet motor, and the end result is an ultra powerful, dynamic and reliable speaker.

The half horn loaded ported loudspeaker cabinet, was pioneered by the engineers at DARE Pro-Audio, and increases the overall efficiency and as you can see from the Graph - creates a tight controlled response curve.

The cabinet is manufactured from exterior grade MDF; generally this material is regarded as acoustically ideal. Providing an accurate balance between denseness and flexibility, the cabinet is finished in an Eco friendly water based paint, that is both hard wearing and durable under touring situations, and is used by many of the leading concert box's.

Installation is simple and the cabinet can be placed on either plane.
